I've got a 70 Sweptline 4x4 W200. It is currently small block. I have found a NP435 bellhousing, and flywheel set for a big block. I want to put a 383 in.
Where can I get a set of 383 motor mounts ? Can it be off any big block 58-71 Sweptline, or does it have to come from a 4x4 big block Sweptline ?

Thanks.

Should need big block mounts. The motor mounts that I got off a late 60's 383 one ton dodge were made to fit both 2wd and 4wd trucks. They mounted to the block the same, but there were 2 different oval holes for the insulators, one for 4wd, the other for 2wd. Left or right side used the same mount. I don't know what years used these mounts though. The mounts were big compared to a newer small block or big block truck mount. I still own them, they're just at a friend's house, for the last couple months, who's supposed to make himself a set.

I have a 66 Satellite. It has a 318A(poly). I have a 440RB. I think all I need are new RB motor mounts and they bolt right to the existing mount bracket. Am I right?

Not sure what you mean by 'new' RB mounts, but any of the 66-71 RB mounts will work.

Correct all 66-72 B-bodys with V8
wedge engines used the same rubber motor mount insulator and used the same basic
k-frames when it came to mounts. All
you need are the big block steel brackets
that bolt to the ears of the engine block.
These were used on ALL 66-73C-bodies,All
1966-1972 B-bodies,and all 70-71 E-bodies with a 361-383-400-440 engine. If you dont have them look in the "parts for sale"
section of moparts.com!
