Hemi intake end seal ?

do you guys use the intake end seals that come with the gasket sets or use peramtex or something else?
it looks like the seals that come with the gaskets sets are to thick and would keep the intake from sealing properly.

I use the end seals from the kit. They are thick, but squish down alot. But don't listen to me, my motors always leak no matter what I do!

I place the manifold on the engine--figure how much space is between the block and manifold--run a bead of silicone--let set up a while--install manifold--no seals.

I use the gaskets with sealant.

I just use a little silicon on the ends, no gasket, no leaks
