The side of a TA block.
Vin numbers are sramped on the passenger side of the block just above the oil pan rail, right below the plug for the water jacket.
The milled pad in the pic with the red 'X's will be where the info is stamped. It will have the year the model and the sequence # of the car it came from the factory in.
