Part number for torsion bar dust boots

Want to put my torsion bars on my 71 charger this weekend. need to get some dust boots for the torsion bars. Anybody know the part number for these dust boots?
i need 2 of them?

part 2071173 is the seals.
part# P5249609 includes two retainers and two of the above seals.

These #'s are for '62-'72 B-body

do i need 2 or 4 of these seals.

You only need two seals and clips per car.

The car uses 2 seals. One on each torsion bar

the retainers are the cirecle wire that holds the bar in place right?

Yup.
Usually rusty and almost gone by the time you pull them out of a 30 year old car.
