The only thing that I can help you with is to reset your e-mail if you have not kept your e-mail listed by the board up to date! In those cases only - e-mail me with your user name and old e-mail and new e-mail.
Subject line of the e-mail must say: Reset E-mail Needed
Then you can request your temp password from the board and reset your password under "My Home" settings in your account.

DO NOT hit "reply" to respond to an Ad.
Because this places a new Ad and will never be seen by the person with the original ad.
