My car started as a 56,000 mile B5 on B5 318 survivor Barracuda. What started as a nice 340 driver three years ago turned into a 71 BCuda w/ a FHO built hemi built to stock specs w/stage V aluminum heads, Full TTI exhaust stage V dual carb manifold with 2 Edel's. The Engine dyno'd at 550 hp. The 727 tranny and convertor are TCI Street fighter units. Rear end is a 8 3/4 posi with 3:23 gearing

The color was changed to '97 Viper Blue with white boards and the shaker bubble was color matched to the Bill boards (not stock but exactly what I wanted) The interior was changed out to White leather with B5 dash and B5 carpet and a console mounted cassette player. The AM/FM radio was switched over to new components and added a IPOD plug {I still haven't even hooked the radio up the HEMI sounds better than anything on the radio!! New and the Standard dash was replaced by a rebuilt rally dash. interior.

All original fenders/quarters floor and trunk pans. No patch panels or filler in the car other than the skim coat. This car is very close to the car I planned in my head back in High School (81-83) that I said I would own....well it took me 20 years to find the car (NY isn't the best place to find Mopars) and except for the Black Velour interior and pinstriping that I had originally planned on going with in 82 it is almost exactly as I planned....And yes the Cragers made it! I will step up to Weld Drag lites next year and bigger rubber to find the car and be able to afford the build but it was worth it. I started on the car August 2003 one month after buying it and finished in August 2006.
