68 M715 Kaiser Jeep

The M715 was a military built between 1967-69 and there were roughly 37,000 made and it is estimated that only 2000-3000 still exist world wide. I bought the truck about a month ago after searching two years for one. The truck is solid, but needs to be rewired and a few repairs. The previous owner did a nice install of the Ford 351C and C4 trans. He also converted the truck to power steering (very appreciative lol) and power brakes. The truck still has the original axles with 5.87gears and the original NP200 dual stick transfercase. I have a new pair of SmittyBilt CJ3 low back buckets going into the truck. That should make it a lot more comfortable than the stock military seats. I intend to build this truck to go where my Rubicon dares not.........
